At Wellnest Wellbeing, we believe that wellbeing is a lifestyle, not a luxury. By aligning women’s wellbeing and energy with their natural cycles, and grounding everything in holistic practice alongside our four pillars;

Health and wellbeing have been at the heart of my life for as long as I can remember. From a young age, I was buying yoga videos, lighting incense, and exploring ways to feel more balanced, energised, and connected. Over the years, these early passions have grown into a lifelong commitment to making holistic health a priority both for myself and for those I work with.
I’m qualified in therapeutic massage, yoga, and as a women’s body transformation coach for the global coaching brand Lifestyle Lean @lifestyle_lean
Founder of Wellnest Wellbeing we make retreat experiences accessible to everyone by offering mini retreats, wellbeing events, and even at-home retreat boxes. Our experiences are built around our four pillars, Move, Balance, Nourish, and Glow to help people prevent burnout, restore balance, and feel their best. We help people create wellbeing as a lifestyle, not a luxury.
My background also spans a successful corporate career as a Marketing Director, where I later focused on employee health and wellbeing understanding firsthand how vital it is for both individual fulfilment and business success.
Now, I’m on the other side of the table delivering wellness support directly to employees and teams. Through tailored corporate wellbeing packages, I help organisations boost retention, reduce sickness, and foster a culture of care through our corporate retreat experiences and events.
I’m also part of The Wellbeing Girls, @thewellbeinggirls where we take women and girls on guided wellbeing hikes to promote movement outdoors, celebrate the health benefits of being in nature, and build the powerful connections that come from being part of a supportive community.
Alongside this, I’m a proud mum of two, stepmum of two, and dog mum — so I truly understand the importance (and challenge!) of maintaining wellbeing as a family. I’m passionate about helping others create balance, lower stress, and carve out space for self-care in our ever-busy lives.
Whether it’s through massage techniques, breathwork, meditation, outdoor experiences, or bespoke wellness programmes, my mission is to offer people a moment of escape a chance to reset, recharge, and reconnect with themselves, so they can feel their best physically, mentally, and emotionally.
